The problem

Spreadsheets weren’t built to pay a fleet.

Formulas dragged by hand, duplicates subtracted on a separate tab, retention tracked in another file, loans in a notebook. One wrong cell is money short for someone — and nobody notices until Friday.

  • ✕Every week starts from a copy of last week
  • ✕Two people, two different totals
  • ✕No trail of who changed what

Everything in one place

Loger centralizes the whole week.

From the first package of Monday to the payment of Friday.

Daily log & bulk upload

Load the day by hand or upload the warehouse report. Loger matches every app code to its driver.

Weekly payroll & pay stubs

Gross, extras, deductions and net per driver. A printable pay stub for each one.

Claims

Your rule decides what the driver pays for each warehouse claim, and Loger deducts it from their payroll.

Loans & advances

Installments and advances are deducted automatically until the balance hits zero.

Cash & real profit

What came in, what went out, what belongs to the drivers and what is actually yours.

W-9 & 1099

Drivers fill their W-9 from their phone. The 1099 file comes out ready at year end.

Fits your operation

Turn on only what your Market uses.

Each Market is configured on its own. If a module doesn’t apply, switch it off and it disappears from the screens.

Duplicates

Optional

Packages the warehouse pays at a lower rate. Loger takes them out of the full price and pays them at their own rate, weekly or daily, and splits them when several drivers share a code.

Intermediary report

Optional

If there is an intermediary between the warehouse and you, Loger builds their weekly invoice with packages, duplicates and extras, freezes it when sent and gives them access to view it.

Retention

Optional

A deposit withheld from each driver up to a target. It is refunded when they leave, with alerts so the date doesn’t slip.

Emergency fund

Optional

A weekly contribution from the drivers that covers the gap when the warehouse charges more for a claim than the driver pays.

How it works

Three steps, every week.

1

Load the week

Daily logs, duplicates and claims — typed or uploaded from the warehouse files.

2

Loger settles it

Every driver’s net, calculated with your Market’s rules. Negative nets are flagged before you pay.

3

Pay and get paid

Pay stubs for the fleet, the report for the intermediary, and your profit closed to the cent.

Tested against a real week of operation.

60

drivers

42,866

packages

7,002

duplicates

230

daily logs

Same results as the spreadsheet it replaces — with every difference explained.

Who it’s for

One system, the right view for each person.

Master

Owns the operation. Sees everything, decides on the money, closes the week.

Manager

Runs the day to day: loads, reviews and sends — without seeing your margins.

Intermediary

Sees only the weekly report you send them, and can reply in the thread.

Driver

Fills the W-9 from a link on their phone, in English or Spanish.

Security

Your drivers’ data, handled like it should be.

●Encrypted

SSNs, bank accounts and ID photos are stored encrypted.

●Audited

Every time someone views a sensitive field, Loger records who and when.

●Isolated

Each Market’s data is separated at the database level.

●By role

Each person sees only what their role needs.
